I’m Zoe, Owner, Litigation Paralegal, and TN Notary at ZM Paralegal Services, and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m an independently insured, NALA Certified Paralegal with an English background and over five years of civil litigation experience. My time working at firms of various sizes exposed me to a wide range of practice areas and styles. This experience has allowed me to assist with many aspects of the litigation process, and has allowed me to become a jack-of-all-trades litigation paralegal.

I started ZMPS out of a desire to change legal support for small firms across Tennessee. Running a small firm or solo practice can be overwhelming. With cases to manage, hearings to attend, and briefs to draft, it can feel like there's not enough time in the day to get everything done.

While this is the case for many small firms and solo attorneys, I truly believe that with the right support and systems, any firm can reach their full potential without mandating around the clock work.
